In 2022, Leeds Beckett University conducted a piece of research exploring the role of physical education (PE) in Alternative Provision settings. As part of this work, they spoke to 25 young people from a variety of Alternative Provision settings in England. This youth facing report is a thank you to all of those young people who gave up their time to share their experiences with the research team. The research would not have been possible without their help. This report provides a youth friendly summary of the research as well as providing space for activities for young people to participate in, similar to those that were conducted as part of the original research.
