The Youth Sport Trust’s Leadership, Coaching and Volunteering (LCV) programme supports and develops the coaching and leadership skills of girls aged 14-17 in 48 lead schools across England, each working with up to 4-6 other local schools to recruit and train Young Coaches / Activators.
