This course is particularly suited for Literacy Coordinators and teachers of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Literacy who are looking to incorporate physical activity into their daily teaching of literacy lessons.
Following attendance at a face to face training session, delegates will receive practical teaching strategies alongside resource cards linked to reading, writing, speaking and listening for Key Stage 1. Key Stage 2 also incorporates practical learning activities for speaking and listening, reading and writing providing delegates with the opportunity to apply the activities to any book they may be reading in class.
The format of this course also provides ways to share and develop ideas in collaboration with other teachers.
