Being a Team Leader

My old manager Gavin James works for YST and promoted the Team Leader programme to me. I wanted to be a Team Leader to increase my CPD opportunities and to work on my own personal growth. I have already learnt that I have the confidence to help lead a group of volunteers who are looking to increase their own opportunities and to help them find their feet in the academic/working world.

Skiing. I have never skied, yet it looks so fun. Imagine being able to do loads of tricks and compete with other skiers!
