Being a Team Leader

I first learnt about the Team Leader role through the Girls Active Coaches Camp back in 2019 when I was a participant myself! I wanted to be a Team Leader so I can pass on my love for sport to the next generation and work with like-minded individuals. So far, I have learnt that I have a big passion for safeguarding in sports and that I want to learn more about how we can keep young people safe at events and within the sporting community!

If you could do any sport, what would it be and why?

Javelin, because it looks so fun, and I love field events!

What is your proudest sporting memory?

Getting a black belt in Martial Arts!
