Being a Team Leader

I found out about the Team Leaders programme through Cissy, who recommended it to the participants of the FA Women’s Leadership Programme. I became a Team Leader to play a part in supporting young people to get active, help people find a love for sport, and gain leadership experience. I have learnt that I really love volunteering at events like those I’ve done with YST. I’ve been so lucky to meet some amazing people since becoming a Team Leader and can’t wait for more great experiences.

I would have so many questions for the Dick Kerr women’s football team, I wouldn’t know where to start!
